Thanks to its international composition and the experience of its partners in multiple links of the supply chain, Herman Textil Recycling has adopted innovative feedback procedures since its foundation that allow effectively guiding the production chain starting from the perception of the final customers. Over time, the procedures have been refined and then formalized within NICE Network, a network entity that intermediates and monitors each single step of the supply chain. Herman Textil Recycling is a founding member of NICE Network together with Nicoletti Servizi srl, CE.LU.TEX, and S-Afriq.

The first step is the consultation of the retailer who is at the end of the supply chain, i.e., the retail seller who sells the garment or clothing accessory to the consumer who will wear it. The retailer is periodically interviewed by the wholesaler, who asks him which goods he sells most easily, which ones are the most difficult to place, and if he has had to discard anything.
